No messages can be seen in MQTT-Explorer

When you can’t see messages coming through from the machine, do the following.

When you can’t see messages coming through from the machine, do the following:

Open UMHLens and go to the Kowl-Pod → from here you can open kowl directly through a localhost link.

In Kowl you can double check for the messages:

  1. Is the lag growing? You can see this under the section consumer groups.
  2. Check if you can see any messages coming through under the topic.

Also you should check if the kafka-Pod is up and running.

  1. If it is not, copy the log and send it to the support. When something is wrong with kafka
  2. If it is up and running, check the other pods. All pods with warning sign shall be screenshoted and the logs shall be copied for the support ticket to be created.
